In theorder, the president said that China had been using “bulk data collection” to advanceits economic and national security agenda, and that the targeted apps put Americans at risk.

据悉，这轮被特朗普政府列入“黑名单”的8个中国软件应用步伐包罗支付宝、CamScanner（扫描万能王）、QQ钱包、SHAREit（茄子快传）、腾讯QQ、VMate、微信支付和WPS Office。
此前，特朗普曾在2020年8月6日签署行政命令，以威胁美国国家安全为由，将在45天后禁止任何美国个人或实体与抖音海外版（TikTok）、微信及此中国母公司进行任何生意业务。
