遵义市“央行支付 中流砥柱”业务知识竞赛活动圆满落幕

2019年11月29日至30日，中国人民银行遵义市中心支行举行“央行支付 中流砥柱”业务知识竞赛活动，遵义市22家银行金融机构参加此次活动，此次活动采取个人赛和团体赛现场答题两种形式，个人赛采取笔试答题，个人成绩加总的团体成绩前12名的单位入围团体赛，团体赛为必答题、抢答题、限时答题、风险题四种形式。个人赛通过笔试成绩选出一等奖5名、二等奖10名、三等奖20名。团体赛根据现场竞赛分数选出一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名优秀奖1名。

本次“央行支付 中流砥柱”业务知识竞赛活动目的通过支付知识竞赛的方式，让支付结算相关业务人员熟悉近年来，中国人民银行总行出台的相关法律法规，尤其是2019年出台《中国人民银行关于取消企业银行账户许可有关事宜的决定》、《中国人民银行关于进一步加强支付结算管理，防范电信网络新型违法犯罪有关事项的通知》以及近两年下发的《中国人民银行关于印发的通知》、《中国人民银行关于规范支付创新业务的通知》等文件的贯彻落实，让支付结算业务知识入脑入心，同时进一步调动遵义市支付结算人员学习支付结算业务和法规制度的积极性、主动性，坚持以竞赛强素质、以竞赛促业务，以竞赛推工作，不断提高履职能力。
